Jamie MacDonald is a nature and wildlife photographer living in Michigan’s Lower Peninsula. A member of the Olympus Visionary Program since 2012, and the founder of the popular podcast Mirrorless Minutes, Jamie has been a leader in the mirrorless photography movement since its start.
Jamie’s work has been featured in such publications as, Popular Photography, Professional Photographer, Rangefinder Magazine, and many others. His favorite to date though is in the February 2016 issue of Digital Photo Magazine and discusses his black and white images.
Jamie is also an educator who has led workshops from Arizona to Philadelphia in addition to being a featured speaker at several large photography conferences.
Jamie says, "Photography for me, is the visual outlet for my emotional connection to nature."
