Nicola Destefano is a professional wildlife photographer based in Italy. His images are featured in magazines and various media. Workshops and travels play an important role in his work. He is especially active in Europe and Africa.
He has been a nature enthusiast since he was a child. Before the end of high school he bought his first SLR system. From there his creative path consequently merged his two biggest passions: biology and photography.
Nicola's goal is to involve and inform people about the beauty, the fascination and the crucial importance of biodiversity. He is inspired by all environments and life forms.
